You agree that Airtbyte, to the furthest extent permitted by law, has no responsibility to monitor the Forum or for any actions or inactions of any user of the Forum, including your use. As such, You will not hold Airbyte responsible for any users' actions or inactions, including things users post on or via the Forum. You acknowledge that Airbyte is solely a facilitator of information and the Forum is a venue to allow users to can collaborate on connectors and connector development/design. We are not involved in the actual provision of services related to development or design of connectors through this Forum and do participate in any transaction or interaction between any user and you. We have no control over and do not guarantee the truth or accuracy of any user’s posts on the Forum and do not control or guarantee that any user will actually complete a transaction with you or perform services to your satisfaction, if at all. If you have a dispute with one or more users of the Forum, you release Airbyte (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. If you are a California resident, you hereby waive California Civil Code §1542, which says:
A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles. To the extent that any lawsuit or court proceeding is permitted hereunder, you and Airbyte agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts and federal courts located within San Francisco, California for the purpose of litigating all disputes.
By using the Forum, you consent to receiving certain electronic communications via the Forum in the manner that the Forum is designed to provide. By using the Forum, you consent to receiving all such communications.
These Terms and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference herein, constitute the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement between you and Airbyte regarding your use of and access to the Forum, and except as expressly permitted above may be amended only by a written agreement signed by authorized representatives of all parties to these Terms. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder, in whole or in part, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice.
