Setup
Live in ten steps
Open the ClickUp source connector page on Airbyte.com.
Click on the "Create new connection" button.
Enter a name for your connection.
Enter your ClickUp API key in the "API Key" field. You can find your API key in your ClickUp account settings.
Click on the "Test" button to verify your credentials.
If the test is successful, click on the "Save & Continue" button.
Select the data you want to replicate from ClickUp.
Choose the frequency at which you want to replicate your data.
Click on the "Save & Test" button to start the replication process.
If the test is successful, click on the "Activate" button to start replicating your data. Note: It is important to ensure that your ClickUp API key has the necessary permissions to access the data you want to replicate. You can refer to the ClickUp API documentation for more information on API permissions.

Do I need more than one ClickUp connection?
No. One ClickUp authorization powers both the scheduled syncs that land data in your destination and the entity actions your agents call at runtime.
Do ClickUp entity actions need a sync to run first?
No. Entity actions read and write through the ClickUp API as they are called, so they work immediately. Context store search is the exception: it queries data Airbyte has already synced, which is what lets it filter and sort without spending API rate limits.
