What is the Airbyte Intercom connector?
The Airbyte Intercom connector extracts data from Intercom and loads it into 50+ destinations such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks or Postgres, with full refresh and incremental sync. It publishes 13 streams you can select per connection.

Setup
Live in ten steps
First, navigate to the Intercom source connector page on Airbyte.com.
Click on the "Create new connection" button.
Enter a name for your connection and click "Next".
Enter your Intercom credentials, including your Access Token and App ID.
Click "Test" to ensure that your credentials are correct and that Airbyte can connect to your Intercom account.
Once the test is successful, click "Next".
Select the data you want to replicate from Intercom, including conversations, users, and companies.
Choose the replication frequency and the destination where you want to send the data.
Click "Create connection" to finalize the setup.
Your Intercom source connector is now connected to Airbyte, and you can start replicating your data to your desired destination.

| api_rate_limit | integer | The effective API request budget per minute. The default of 9500 is 95% of the standard Intercom rate limit (10,000/min), leaving headroom for occasional bursts. If your workspace has a higher rate limit (e.g. 150,000/min), set this to ~95% of that value (e.g. 142500) to leverage your full API throughput. A per-10-second window is derived automatically as api_rate_limit / 6. |

Intercom connector questions
Do I need more than one Intercom connection?
No. One Intercom authorization powers both the scheduled syncs that land data in your destination and the entity actions your agents call at runtime.
Do Intercom entity actions need a sync to run first?
No. Entity actions read and write through the Intercom API as they are called, so they work immediately. Context store search is the exception: it queries data Airbyte has already synced, which is what lets it filter and sort without spending API rate limits.
