What our users say

Raman Singh
Predictable, straightforward pricing model that simplified budgeting and significantly reduced overall spend

Chase Zieman

“Airbyte helped us accelerate our progress by years, compared to our competitors. We don’t need to worry about connectors and focus on creating value for our users instead of building infrastructure. That’s priceless. The time and energy saved allows us to disrupt and grow faster.”

Rupak Patel
"With Airbyte, we could just push a few buttons, allow API access, and bring all the data into Google BigQuery. By blending all the different marketing data sources, we can gain valuable insights."
How to Sync to Manually
Step 1: Export Data from CallRail
Begin by logging into your CallRail account. Navigate to the relevant call data section and use the export functionality provided by CallRail to download the data. Typically, data can be exported in formats such as CSV or Excel, which can be managed easily for further processing.
Step 2: Prepare Local Environment
Set up a local environment where you can process the exported data. Ensure you have a suitable programming language or script environment available (e.g., Python, Node.js) to manipulate and transform the data as necessary. Install any required libraries or tools that will facilitate data handling, such as Pandas for Python.
Step 3: Transform Data Format
Once the data is exported and your environment is set up, load the data into your script for transformation. This step involves converting the data into a format that is compatible with TiDB. Ensure any necessary data cleaning, such as removing duplicates or correcting inconsistent entries, is performed here.
Step 4: Set Up TiDB Cluster
Install and configure a TiDB cluster if you haven’t already. TiDB can be run locally or on a server. Follow the official TiDB installation guide to set up your database environment. Ensure that your TiDB cluster is running and accessible for data importation.
Step 5: Create Corresponding TiDB Schema
Before importing data into TiDB, you must define the schema that matches the structure of your transformed data. Use SQL commands to create tables in TiDB that correspond to the columns and data types of your prepared dataset.
Step 6: Load Data into TiDB
Use TiDB’s SQL interface to load the data into the corresponding tables. This can be done using the `LOAD DATA` SQL command or by writing a script to insert data row by row using SQL `INSERT` statements. For larger datasets, consider using batch operations to improve performance.
Step 7: Verify and Validate Data Integrity
After loading data into TiDB, perform checks to ensure data integrity. Run SQL queries to verify that the data has been correctly imported and matches the expected output. Check for any discrepancies or errors that might have occurred during the data transfer process, and correct them as necessary.
By following these steps, you can efficiently move data from CallRail to TiDB without relying on third-party connectors or integrations, ensuring a smooth and controlled data transfer process.
