How to Sync to Manually
Step 1: Understand Genesys Data Structure
Before you begin the data transfer process, familiarize yourself with the structure of the data in Genesys. This involves identifying the types of data you want to transfer, such as call records, user data, or other logs. Understand how this data is stored and accessed in Genesys.
Step 2: Set Up a Data Export Method from Genesys
Determine how to export data from Genesys. This may involve using Genesys APIs or built-in export functionalities. You need to extract the data in a format that can be manipulated and imported into MongoDB. Common formats include JSON, CSV, or XML. Write scripts or use built-in tools to regularly extract and save this data to a local or accessible file system.
