What our users say

Raman Singh
Predictable, straightforward pricing model that simplified budgeting and significantly reduced overall spend

Chase Zieman

“Airbyte helped us accelerate our progress by years, compared to our competitors. We don’t need to worry about connectors and focus on creating value for our users instead of building infrastructure. That’s priceless. The time and energy saved allows us to disrupt and grow faster.”

Rupak Patel
"With Airbyte, we could just push a few buttons, allow API access, and bring all the data into Google BigQuery. By blending all the different marketing data sources, we can gain valuable insights."
How to Sync to Manually
Step 1: Access Lemlist API
To begin, you need to access the Lemlist API. Start by logging into your Lemlist account and navigating to the "Settings" section where you can find the API key. This key will be used to authenticate requests to the Lemlist API. Ensure you store the API key securely.
Step 2: Identify Data to Extract
Determine which specific data you wish to extract from Lemlist. This could be campaign data, email statistics, etc. Review the Lemlist API documentation to understand the endpoints and data structures available for the data you need.
Step 3: Set Up a Python Script for Data Extraction
Create a Python script to interact with the Lemlist API. Use the `requests` library to send GET requests to the appropriate Lemlist API endpoint. Make sure to include your API key in the request headers for authentication. For example:
```python
import requests
api_key = 'your_lemlist_api_key'
headers = {'Authorization': f'Bearer {api_key}'}
response = requests.get('https://api.lemlist.com/api/campaigns', headers=headers)
data = response.json()
```
Step 4: Parse and Clean the Extracted Data
Once you've extracted the data, parse the JSON response to extract relevant fields. Use Python's built-in JSON module to handle the data. Clean and transform the data if necessary to match the structure required by your MySQL database schema.
Step 5: Set Up MySQL Database
Ensure you have a MySQL database set up and properly configured to receive the data. Create a table that matches the structure of the data you plan to import. Use a tool like MySQL Workbench or the command line to define the database schema.
Step 6: Load Data into MySQL Using Python
Use the `mysql-connector-python` library to connect to your MySQL database and insert the extracted data. First, establish a connection, and then execute SQL `INSERT` statements within your Python script to load the data.
```python
import mysql.connector
# Connect to MySQL
db = mysql.connector.connect(
host="your_host",
user="your_username",
password="your_password",
database="your_database"
)
cursor = db.cursor()
# Example of inserting data
for item in data['campaigns']:
sql = "INSERT INTO campaigns (id, name, status) VALUES (%s, %s, %s)"
val = (item['id'], item['name'], item['status'])
cursor.execute(sql, val)
db.commit()
```
Step 7: Verify Data Integrity
After loading the data, verify its integrity by querying the MySQL database. Ensure that all records have been transferred correctly and that the data in MySQL matches the data from Lemlist. Run SELECT queries to inspect the data and validate its accuracy.
By following these steps, you’ll efficiently transfer data from Lemlist to your MySQL database without relying on any third-party connectors or integrations.
