How to Sync to Manually

Step 1: Access PagerDuty Dashboard

Log into your PagerDuty account and navigate to the dashboard. Ensure you have the necessary permissions to access and export the data you need. This includes incident reports, schedules, or any other relevant data required for your move.

Step 2: Export Data from PagerDuty

Use PagerDuty’s built-in export features to download the necessary data. This is typically done by going to the specific section of the dashboard (such as incidents or schedules) and selecting the export option. You may be able to download the data as a CSV or JSON file, which are commonly supported formats.

Step 3: Prepare Data for Import

Once you have exported the data from PagerDuty, review it to ensure it’s clean and organized. You might need to format the data to match the structure required by Convex. This can involve editing column headers, removing unnecessary data, or transforming data points to fit required data types.

Step 4: Access Convex Database
