Last fall, we formed a tiger team to answer a pressing question: What does data movement look like for the AI era?

This initiative gave Airbyte a front-row seat to everything from traditional machine learning frameworks to the latest multi-agent systems.

Then we decided to take the next leap — let’s actually build entire platforms for AI.

We began collaborating with leading startups and Fortune 500 companies to implement solutions powered by context — context that lives inside their own data silos. Through these partnerships, we developed a hyper-clear understanding of what goes into successful, context-aware AI applications (see our outline below).

By building these platforms from scratch, we discovered the missing piece: how Airbyte can uniquely empower the next generation of AI builders.
