In April, Airbyte partnered with the MindsDB to host a Hackathon focused on exploring innovative AI data apps. We were thrilled to see the community’s incredible creations—your creativity truly amazed us. Selecting a shortlist of finalists, and ultimately choosing the winners, was challenging, but we've made our decisions... It's time to announce our winners!

3rd Place: Ragify

In 3rd place: Ragify by parthiv11. It provides a modern, intuitive interface designed to effortlessly build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) powered AI applications with MindsDB. Through its streamlined Streamlit interface, Ragify seamlessly integrates data from multiple Airbyte sources, significantly enriching the knowledge base available to LLMs and AI agents. The concept of creating a versatile, user-friendly interface for general-purpose RAG applications is particularly compelling today, and Ragify demonstrates beautifully how Airbyte and MindsDB can be leveraged together. Impressive work!

2nd Place: Swiss AI Assistant

In 2nd place is Swiss AI Assistant by bishalbera: is an intelligent, AI-driven customer support platform tailored specifically for travel agencies. It enables users to effortlessly manage travel arrangements such as flight bookings, rescheduling, hotel reservations, and cancellations. By extracting application data from PostgreSQL, transferring it to Redshift using Airbyte, and powering interactions through MindsDB Agents, this solution offers a streamlined and smart integration of both tools. Minimalist yet highly effective—excellent work!
