What is the Airbyte MySQL connector?

The Airbyte MySQL connector extracts data from MySQL and loads it into 50+ destinations such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks or Postgres, with scheduled sync. It publishes tables and events you can select per connection.

Setup

Live in nine steps

Open the Airbyte UI and navigate to the "Sources" tab.
Click on the "Add Source" button and select "MySQL" from the list of available sources.
Enter a name for your MySQL source and click on the "Next" button.
Enter the necessary credentials for your MySQL database, including the host, port, username, and password.
Select the database you want to connect to from the drop-down menu.
Choose the tables you want to replicate data from by selecting them from the list.
Click on the "Test" button to ensure that the connection is successful.
If the test is successful, click on the "Create" button to save your MySQL source configuration.
You can now use your MySQL connector to replicate data from your MySQL database to your destination of choice.

check_privileges	boolean	When this feature is enabled, during schema discovery the connector will query each table or view individually to check access privileges and inaccessible tables, views, or columns therein will be removed. In large schemas, this might cause schema discovery to take too long, in which case it might be advisable to disable this feature.
checkpoint_target_interval_seconds	integer	How often (in seconds) a stream should checkpoint, when possible.
concurrency	integer	Maximum number of concurrent queries to the database.
