Summarize with AI:

We’ve launched State of Data Engineering Survey

One of our core values as a company is to support our community's journey forward and one of our principles is transparency. In this spirit, we’ve launched a survey to get a pulse on how you, the community, feel about the state of data engineering. We’d love for you to share your thoughts. The results will help identify industry trends, provide some useful information for you and others, and see where we, as Airbyte, can improve.

Some questions we’ll hopefully answer together:

Is there a hiring freeze in data right now?
How much money should I be making? (adjusting for geography, team size, years of exp)
Airflow vs Dagster vs Prefect?
What are the favorite industry newsletters and podcasts out there?

This survey should take you about 15 minutes to fill out and assumes you have some familiarity with Airbyte. As a huge thank you, we'll send you a fun Octavia themed swag pack. Survey closes October 20, 2022.

By sharing your data, we'll be building the largest survey about data engineering this year and the results will be announced at our conference, move(data) later this year, the annual conference dedicated to the advancement and practice of Data Engineering. move(data) is celebrating the hard work and dedication of data engineers and practitioners worldwide. Learn best practices, share horror stories and learn about new tools and workflows that will change the way you work. We hope to see you there!
