One of our core values as a company is to support our community's journey forward and one of our principles is transparency. In this spirit, we’ve launched a survey to get a pulse on how you, the community, feel about the state of data engineering. We’d love for you to share your thoughts. The results will help identify industry trends, provide some useful information for you and others, and see where we, as Airbyte, can improve.

Some questions we’ll hopefully answer together:

Is there a hiring freeze in data right now?
How much money should I be making? (adjusting for geography, team size, years of exp)
Airflow vs Dagster vs Prefect?
What are the favorite industry newsletters and podcasts out there?
