“Airbyte helped us accelerate our progress by years, compared to our competitors. We don’t need to worry about connectors and focus on creating value for our users instead of building infrastructure. That’s priceless. The time and energy saved allows us to disrupt and grow faster.”

Rupak Patel
"With Airbyte, we could just push a few buttons, allow API access, and bring all the data into Google BigQuery. By blending all the different marketing data sources, we can gain valuable insights."
How to Sync to Manually
Begin by thoroughly understanding the data structure of Unleash. Identify the key features and entities within Unleash that you wish to transfer. This could involve feature flags, their configurations, and any metadata associated with them. Document these structures to ensure a smooth transition.
Unleash provides an API that you can use to extract data. Use the API to export the data you need. This typically involves making HTTP GET requests to the relevant endpoints. Ensure you have the necessary API keys and authentication credentials. Save the exported data in a structured format such as JSON or CSV.
Once you've exported the data, you may need to transform it to fit the Weaviate schema requirements. Weaviate is a vector search engine that organizes data in a graph-like structure. Map your data fields from Unleash to match Weaviate's schema, ensuring compatibility. This step may involve data cleaning and transformation scripts.
Set up and configure your Weaviate instance. This involves deploying it in your preferred environment (local, cloud, etc.) and configuring the schema to match the transformed data from Unleash. Define classes and properties in Weaviate that will correspond to the entities and attributes from Unleash.
Use Weaviate's RESTful API to import the prepared data. This typically involves making POST requests to the `/v1/objects` endpoint. Ensure that the data conforms to the schema you set up in Weaviate. Handle any import errors or schema mismatches by adjusting your data or configuration as needed.
After importing, verify the integrity of the data in Weaviate. This involves checking that all records are present and correctly mapped. You may need to run queries to ensure that relationships and properties are intact and that vector representations (if used) are correctly associated with the data.
Finally, optimize your Weaviate instance for performance and scalability. This may involve configuring vector indexing, adjusting schema settings, and setting up regular data validation checks. Establish a maintenance plan to keep the data updated and to handle new data from Unleash, ensuring continuous synchronization.
