Chase Zieman

“Airbyte helped us accelerate our progress by years, compared to our competitors. We don’t need to worry about connectors and focus on creating value for our users instead of building infrastructure. That’s priceless. The time and energy saved allows us to disrupt and grow faster.”

Rupak Patel
"With Airbyte, we could just push a few buttons, allow API access, and bring all the data into Google BigQuery. By blending all the different marketing data sources, we can gain valuable insights."
Begin by logging into your Zenloop account. Navigate to the section where you can view the data you wish to export, such as survey responses or feedback reports. Look for an export option, typically available in formats like CSV or Excel. Select the desired format and download the file to your computer.
Once the file is downloaded, open it using software that supports the format (e.g., Microsoft Excel for XLSX files or any text editor for CSV files). Review the data to ensure all necessary information is included and delete any unnecessary columns or rows. Save any changes you make to the file, ensuring it remains in a compatible format for import into Google Sheets.
Open your web browser and go to Google Sheets (sheets.google.com). If you’re not already logged in, enter your Google account credentials to access the service. You can either create a new spreadsheet by clicking on the “Blank” option or open an existing spreadsheet where you want to import the data.
In the Google Sheets document, go to the “File” menu and select “Import.” In the import window, choose “Upload” and then “Select a file from your device.” Navigate to the location where you saved your exported Zenloop data file, select it, and click “Open.”
After uploading your file, Google Sheets will prompt you with import options. Choose how you want to import the data: create a new sheet, insert new sheets, replace data in the current sheet, etc. Ensure the “Detect automatically” option is selected for the separator type, so Google Sheets can appropriately parse the data. Click “Import data” to proceed.
Once the data is imported, carefully review it to ensure all entries have been accurately transferred. Check for any formatting issues such as misplaced columns, incorrect data types, or missing entries. Adjust column widths, apply filters, and format the data as needed for better readability and analysis.
After verifying and formatting your data, make sure to save your Google Sheets document. If you want to share the data with others, click on the “Share” button in the top right corner, enter the email addresses of the recipients, and set the appropriate permissions (view, comment, or edit). This allows others to access the spreadsheet as needed.
By following these steps, you can effectively transfer data from Zenloop to Google Sheets without relying on any third-party tools.
FAQs
What is ETL?
ETL, an acronym for Extract, Transform, Load, is a vital data integration process. It involves extracting data from diverse sources, transforming it into a usable format, and loading it into a database, data warehouse or data lake. This process enables meaningful data analysis, enhancing business intelligence.
To sync data the Zenloop API can assist both full refresh and incremental for both answer endpoints. One can select this connector that will copy only the new or updated data, or all rows in the tables and columns you establish for replication, a sync is always run. Zenloop combines perfect customer relationships and it is an integrated experience management floor which based on the Net Promoter Score. The Zenloop API contributes programmatic entry and integration to a customer feeback platform.
Zenloop's API provides access to various types of data related to customer feedback and satisfaction. The categories of data that can be accessed through Zenloop's API are:
1. Feedback data: This includes all the feedback received from customers through various channels such as email, web forms, and social media.
2. Customer data: This includes information about customers such as their name, email address, phone number, and other contact details.
3. Survey data: This includes data related to surveys conducted by the company to gather feedback from customers.
4. Net Promoter Score (NPS) data: This includes data related to the NPS score of the company, which is a measure of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

6. Analytics data: This includes data related to customer behavior, such as the number of visits to the company's website, the time spent on the website, and the pages visited.
Overall, Zenloop's API provides access to a wide range of data that can help companies gain insights into customer feedback and satisfaction, and make data-driven decisions to improve their products and services.
What is ELT?
ELT, standing for Extract, Load, Transform, is a modern take on the traditional ETL data integration process. In ELT, data is first extracted from various sources, loaded directly into a data warehouse, and then transformed. This approach enhances data processing speed, analytical flexibility and autonomy.
Difference between ETL and ELT?
ETL and ELT are critical data integration strategies with key differences. ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) transforms data before loading, ideal for structured data. In contrast, ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) loads data before transformation, perfect for processing large, diverse data sets in modern data warehouses. ELT is becoming the new standard as it offers a lot more flexibility and autonomy to data analysts.
