"With Airbyte, we could just push a few buttons, allow API access, and bring all the data into Google BigQuery. By blending all the different marketing data sources, we can gain valuable insights."
How to Sync to Manually
Step 1: Export Data from Lemlist
Begin by logging into your lemlist account. Navigate to the section where your data resides (e.g., leads, campaigns). Use the export functionality provided by lemlist to download your data. Typically, this will be in a CSV format. Ensure that you select all necessary fields that you want to transfer to Convex.
Step 2: Prepare the CSV File
Open the exported CSV file using a spreadsheet application like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Review the data and make sure it is clean and correctly formatted. Remove any unnecessary columns or information that Convex does not need. This step is crucial for ensuring data consistency when importing into Convex.
Step 3: Map Lemlist Fields to Convex Fields
Identify the corresponding fields in Convex for each column in your CSV file. Create a mapping document if necessary. This will serve as a reference to ensure that each piece of data from lemlist is correctly placed into the corresponding field in Convex.
Step 4: Access Convex Data Import Feature
Log into your Convex account. Navigate to the data import section of Convex. This area is typically found under settings or data management. Familiarize yourself with any import guidelines or templates provided by Convex to ensure a smooth import process.
Step 5: Format CSV for Convex Compatibility
Adjust your CSV file to meet any specific format requirements set by Convex. This may include ensuring the correct delimiter is used, and that date formats or numerical values comply with Convex standards. Save the CSV file ensuring it is ready for import.
Step 6: Import CSV into Convex
In the Convex data import section, use the import tool to upload your prepared CSV file. Follow any prompts or steps provided by Convex to complete the import process. You may need to manually map fields during this process based on your earlier mapping document.
Step 7: Verify Data Accuracy in Convex
Once the import is complete, review the data in Convex to ensure that all information has been accurately transferred. Check for any discrepancies or errors. It's a good practice to perform spot checks on multiple entries to confirm data integrity. If any issues are found, you may need to repeat some steps to correct the data.
By following these steps, you can successfully move data from lemlist to Convex without using third-party connectors or integrations.
