What our users say

Raman Singh
Predictable, straightforward pricing model that simplified budgeting and significantly reduced overall spend

Chase Zieman

“Airbyte helped us accelerate our progress by years, compared to our competitors. We don’t need to worry about connectors and focus on creating value for our users instead of building infrastructure. That’s priceless. The time and energy saved allows us to disrupt and grow faster.”

Rupak Patel
"With Airbyte, we could just push a few buttons, allow API access, and bring all the data into Google BigQuery. By blending all the different marketing data sources, we can gain valuable insights."
How to Sync to Manually
Step 1: Export Data from Primetric
Begin by exporting the data you wish to transfer from Primetric. Depending on the options available within Primetric, you may be able to export data as CSV or JSON files. Ensure you download these exported files to a secure, accessible location on your local machine.
Step 2: Set Up AWS S3 Bucket
Log in to your AWS Management Console and navigate to the S3 service. Create a new bucket or use an existing one to store your Primetric data. Ensure the bucket is correctly configured with appropriate permissions that allow data upload and access.
Step 3: Upload Data to AWS S3
Using the AWS Management Console or AWS CLI, upload your exported data files from Primetric to the newly created or chosen S3 bucket. For AWS CLI, use the following command:
```bash
aws s3 cp /path/to/local/file s3://your-bucket-name/
```
Ensure that the files are uploaded successfully and verify their presence in the S3 bucket.
Step 4: Set Up AWS Glue Crawler
Navigate to the AWS Glue service in your AWS Management Console. Create a new Glue Crawler that will catalog the data stored in your S3 bucket. Define the data source as your S3 bucket and specify the IAM role with the necessary permissions to access the data.
Step 5: Run the Glue Crawler
Execute the Glue Crawler to scan the uploaded data in S3 and create metadata tables in the AWS Glue Data Catalog. This process will help AWS Glue understand the structure of your data, making it ready for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) operations.
Step 6: Create an AWS Glue Job
Set up a new Glue Job to transform or process your data as needed. Define the source data from the Glue Data Catalog and specify any transformations or data processing steps within the job script. You may write this script in Python or Scala, depending on your requirements.
Step 7: Execute the Glue Job and Validate Data
Run the Glue Job to process the data as defined in your script. Once the job completes, validate the output data to ensure it meets your requirements and is stored correctly in S3 or any other destination you specified. Monitor the AWS Glue Job logs for any errors or warnings to ensure a smooth data processing workflow.
By following these steps, you can effectively move data from Primetric to AWS S3 using AWS Glue without relying on third-party connectors or integrations.
