How to Sync to Manually
Step 1: Export Data from Reply.io
Begin by logging into your Reply.io account. Navigate to the section where your data is stored, such as leads or campaigns. Use the export feature to download your data in a CSV format. Ensure that you've selected all relevant fields needed for your transfer to Convex.
Step 2: Review Exported Data
Open the exported CSV file using a spreadsheet application like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Review the data to ensure it contains all necessary fields and information. Check for any discrepancies or errors that might have occurred during the export.
Step 3: Prepare Data for Convex
Before importing the data into Convex, you'll need to format it according to Convex's data requirements. Refer to Convex's documentation to identify any specific column headers or data types needed. Adjust your CSV file accordingly to match these requirements.
Step 4: Clean and Normalize the Data
Perform data cleaning to remove duplicates, correct formatting issues, and normalize values where necessary. This step is crucial to ensuring data consistency and accuracy once it's imported into Convex.
Step 5: Access Convex's Data Import Feature
